Physical appearance: She sports a simple attire, uncommon for one of her blood type. On her chest, she wear a cut T-shirt, showing off her stomach. Over the Fuschia shirt, she wears a black sweater vest that only cover her torso and not her stomach. She wears long cut up carpenter pants with a belt made of metal rings to keep it on her waist. When on land, she wears steel toed work boots, but when in the sea she just goes bare foot.

She has an athletic build, one that show an excess of exercise in both running and swimming. Her skin is unscarred, mostly due to the fact that not many people would challenge someone of her status. Her horns are massive, jutting out a foot out the sides of her head and curling at their ends, with a thicker base that is around 4 inches thick. Complimenting this is a large mane of black hair that is almost as large as her own body. She keeps this usually in a large bun or buns when she out doing things, but likes to use it as a pillow when she back home.

Personality: Noxxia is a person who, through event sin he rlife, has a firm understand of who she is and what she is. She accepts that one day she'll have to fight the Empress in their instinctual bid for supremacy, but the thought doesn't cause he rmuch distress, as she believes she'll try her hardest, and that'll be all she can do. She sees the Hemospectrum as necessary to maintain order, but sees a few things she could change if she had the chance, which she might get at some point in the future. Primarilly the treatment of mutants, since she doesn't really see a point in wasting a life when they can contribute to society. secondly, she would have a tighter leash on the subjugulators, as while fear is effective to rule, letting that fear control you is not how it should be done.

Outside of her political views, she's a laid back person who just does things as the idea comes to her, never really invested in something until the passion for it ignites or reignites. This has left plenty of unfinished projects in her wake, but each one shows there had been passion behind it. She treats her friends as equally as she can, despite sometimes showing more favoritism to others, and can get stress when she feels she's disappointing someone, but can quickly get over it by talking to herself about it, which is actually how she solves most of her own emotional problems.
