Physical appearance: He stands shorter than most other highbloods. He wears a black suit and a shirt in his blood color under it and a tie in the color of the empress's blood. He doesn't wear any jewelry unlike other highbloods of his caste. He has horns like the outside of the symbol for mind. He combs over his hair and has his symbol tattooed onto his neck and emblazoned onto his suit pocket.
Personality: He despises the idea of an absolute ruler or leader. Yet he does not openly express this view due to The Condesce or the empress catching wind of his heretical views. He also does not show off his status in troll society by choosing to not wear anything that shows off his higher status besides his shirt and tie. And also unlike other highbloods of his caste he cannot swim. He can be easily angered due to his rigid views that can be hypocritical.
Something he learned about accidentally when younger was his psionic ability of hydrokinesis. He was in his first duel and they were both fighting in the rising tide and he was losing badly. Suddenly without knowing it a sphere of water surrounded his enemies head and killed the enemy by drowning. After that duel he began collecting weapons of his enemies. And it mad his cocky nature sprout.
