Physical appearance: Looking at Janius, the first thing most people would notice is his perpetual concealment of his eyes. Usually gauze, a blindfold, VERY dark sunglasses, or eyepatches.

The second thing one would notice is his straight horn and his other horn which curves inward.

Imagine a generic anime dude, there ya go, that's his hair-style, but black.

He is tall (for his blood color) and is also not particularly strong or particularily fit, but is fit just enough.

He wears the normal shirt with the symbol and normal pants as well.

Personality: Janius is rather... curious, and not just his avid sense of curiosity. He likes to keep a lot of things about himself secret. He also likes secrets and mysteries in general even when they don't really exist.

He is also fairly clever and is willing to cheat, lie, and steal, etc to secure his "enigmatic agenda". Though he usually tries to secure his "agenda" using good-hearted means when possible.

Speaking of said "agenda", it is seemingly random, but according to him, there is a method to his madness. This however might be complete bullsh*t. His agenda seems to be somewhere between absolute chaos or absolute order. To call it random is a misnomer, but is the most accurate term in short.

He has hit the nail on the head accidentally due to chasing so many mysteries enough that he has some amount of insight into things though not at all even close to perfect, but quite high. This pretty much allows him to be quite smart as well.

He's highly asocial when it comes to the outside world, but flourishes when it comes to the digital world.

You need some more in physical appearance. What's his face shape, nose shape, eye shape, skin quality? Any unique features about him? Elaborate more on the hair. Also, reread your fourth line break, i think there's an editing error there.
