Physical appearance: She has long orange horns at the top of her head that curve back slightly and end in 3 separate points. Her hair is shoulder length and has some waviness, with intermittent feathers and threads woven in. The threads are teal, and the feathers are white and perhaps black in some areas. There is also a black and teal bandanna around her head.

She wears a black tank top with her symbol and gray pants. She likes to wear black combat boots with teal accents as well. And is isn't adverse to wearing a flower chain or two for bracelets and necklaces.
Personality:

She is a friendly troll, perhaps an overly friendly one. Strangers will be accosted with a veritable shower of greetings and inquiries and perhaps get a random flower chain around their neck before they even know what happened. Ciconi has a huge tendency to pry for information, but will back off if the other person/troll has persisted in telling her to mind her own business.

Even so, she may try to find out the coveted piece of information by underhanded means or even force. The teal blood is constantly on the look out for trolls to cull (of course the Beforan definition is to care for the unfit and unfirm), and believes that it is her duty to society to do it. When she hears an idea that she likes, Ciconi will stick with that idea and it is a miracle if she budges from that idea. Not all of the ideas that she likes are necessarily always good despite what she believes. She is a firm believer in the hemocastes, and is often patronizing to lowerbloods or anyone else she thinks is culling material.
