No, the person who replies to the IC thread will get to post earlier. So let's say you reply to the IC thread first, you get to reply earlier in the thread than others.

Hmmm, its more of her lusus was already slowly dying but manage to raise her till her wriggling day and that time, she was really good at mechanical parts and making stuff so she made her lusus a robotic dragon (cyborg-ish)
