Since mutations are to be so common in this race, I don't see why you can't make your tree person unique.

Hell make a bush for all I care :P

Also, I approve of the Mandrake reference. There should be a faction/caste of ninja-trees that use poisons that spawn on their body.

P.S. just thought of this, if females become seed producing paralysis patients instead of death, what does that means in terms of romance? Is this the end result of the different loves, the female goes rigid and the male(s) goes all up and pollinates her seeds? Or is romantic reproduction just a secondary method?

We need some mushrooms in there as well. Fungus people are great. Though I think we can agree ninja are overplayed enough that they don't need their own caste.

have you ever heard of a ninja tree? I'm seriously dude, their could be a forest of them and you'd never know.

Also, yes, fungus creatures are awesome. Maybe they are a cross of fungus and plant, as after all fungus are kinda like the bridge between animal and plant which would make sense since it would easily explain away why plants are suddenly moving of their own fruition: they either are fungus-hybrids or have a symbiosis with a fungal creature that helps them move around!

And I agree with BK, we don't want to go too far down the road of alien.

So perhaps we are just talking trees that use biotech like the trolls?

It isn't the reward I'm in for but the experience! I still can't really decided between Prince of Mind or Sylph of Void, both for their different reasons. But having my title rolled for me? Awesome sauce. No decision necessary.

Maybe you could roll me to see if I like the title I'm given better?

Yeah, only play males. Can't say I have much experience with being a girl. Its a shame since a Witch of Doom is essentially a lich but maybe I'll probably have to swap out for something different. If it doesn't work out I've a couple of ideas to fall back on. Though most of my favourite possibilities like Bard or Page are taken.
