Aquila sat at the edge of the roof of another ruined hive, this one much larger than the other, clearly having belonged to a Highblood at some point. Most of the lower floors, and at least half of the roof, had caved in. The walls were overgrown with ivy, and the wildlife had begun to reclaim it.

This guy was seriously being strange. You haven't even known him for 10 minutes. Oh well. Leopli decided to deploy the Cruxtruder, Punch Designix, Totem Lathe, and Alchemiter.

Cilion sat at his husktop and downloaded the server disc. Once it was downloaded, he could see someone in their house. It was Leenar.

EJ: okay lee i'm dropping stuff in your house. hope you were prepared for that.

He put a bunch of stuff in: the Cruxtruder, Punch Designix, Totem Lathe, and Alchemiter.

EJ: this stuff looks pretty awesome.

Leopli was getting thoroughly impressed by this player. Also, was he using the same quirk? You know what they say, mimicry is flattery. Or something like that.

TT: WhO ELSE IS EXCiTED TO SeE WHAT THeIR LAND WILL LOOK LIKE???

Satura gently pat her lusus on the head and headed back down to her husktop. The connection there was much faster.

Cervid kept on poking Leo, a giddy snicker on her face. She always liked to mess around with people bigger than her. After a while she decided to stop fucking around and deploy shit, which she did in some inconvenient spots by accident.

Leopli swatted away the SGRUB mouse pointer. Wait, he can't see it. Oh well. He swatted a little more until the poking stopped.

AG: HopefullY I Won'T NeeD IT...

Leopli slightly squinted his eyes and picked up Cilion's bookshelf.

AG: YO, CilioN, I'M AbouT TO OpeN ThE CruxtrudeR. BE PrepareD.

TT: AlL OF ALTERNIA??? THaT'S VERY AMBItIOUS OF YoU!!!

Satura giggled at the little exchange between Eviete and Cilion.

Cilion stood by the Cruxtruder, ready to get whatever popped out.

Leopli dropped the bookshelf, cracking it in half, and a dark blue Cruxite Dowel popped out. A timer started up.
AG: UmmM, What'S ThE CountdowN FoR?
TT: IT IS HoW MUCH TIME HE HaS TO ENtER HiS MEDIUM!!!
AG: OH... WelL I PlaceD ThE ThingS YoU NeeD IN ClosE ProximitY TO EacH OtheR TO Save TimE.

Leopli smirked. The Bard of Time making a Time joke. He was living up to his expectations.

TT: THAT IS a VERY COOL THiNG!!! ;D

Cilion picked it up and observed it from all angles.

Leopli dropped a pre-punched card on top of Cilion's head, careful to not puncture it on his horns.

AG: AnD TakE ThE DoweL TO ThE ToteM LathE, InserT ThE Pre-puncheD CarD, AnD LeT IT GeT CarveD.
AG: TheN YoU TakE IT TO ThE AlchemiteR AnD AlchemizE WhateveR ThE CarD HaS ON IT.

AO: oh, right! so sorry. i zoned out a bit there.
AO: just let me download this disc.

Eviete downloaded the server disc and opened the game. She could already see a troll that she assumed was Cervid.

AO: i guess i'll put that stuff in right away.

She deployed all the necessary contraptions, making sure to put them in close proximity.

EJ: no idea, just looks like a card to me. let's just see what happens.

Cilion took the card and the Cruxite Dowel and took it to the Totem Lathe. He put the Cruxite Dowel in its spot and the pre-punched card in another spot. The Totem Lathe started to carve.

Cervid watched heavy objects appear out of nowhere, all of which were extremely tall.

Dammit.

Shrugging that off, she reached for her pitchfork and instantly approached the Cruxtruder. She jumped, and slammed the flat end of her Pitchforkkind onto it with such force that it popped open. She found a blue cylinder, along with a floating ball thingy. It was trippy, and she had to blink several times to get focused.

AO: i guess that works.
AO: and that thing is making my eyes bleed.

Eviete used her hand to block the flashing thing on her screen.

EJ: oh leopli, what is this flashy thing that keeps following me around?
EJ: it's starting to creep me out.

Leopli thought it was odd that Cilion couldn't tell what was on his card. He zoomed in  on the card. He couldn't tell what it was either.

AG: HeY CerviD, DiD YoU DeploY MY Pre-puncheD CarD? I Can'T FinD IT IN HerE.

Satura looked around. She decided that it wouldn't hurt to move around a few things in her room. She pushed things to the corners of her room.

TT: i BELiEVE THAT YoU CaN CONnECT TO ME NoW, AQUILA. IT SEeMS THAT WE DON'T HAVE TO ENtER IN A CERtAIN ORdER!!! i ALSO MADE ROOM FoR ThE OBJeCTS YOu'LL DEpLOY!!!

He started up the software a quickly connected to Satura. Resisting the urge to poke her in the head he quickly deployed the machines, along with the card, as close together as possible.

kT: OKAY, TELL ME WHEN YoU ArE REaDY AnD I'lL OPEN ThE CRUXTRUDER.

EJ: well what do i prototype it with?

Cilion walked to the Alchemiter with his newly carved Cuxite Dowel and put it in its slot. He turned around to look at the kernel sprite again. It was just sitting behind him, flashing. When he turned back around, he saw a dark blue glass cube sitting there.

EJ: that is definitely a glass cube.

In her shitting around time, she forgot to drag the card out. She did so now, dropping it on his TV.

CT: > YOU C>N >LSO USE THIS BOX THING TO OPEN YOUR CRUXTRUDER <

She didn't know what a TV was, her lusus too strict to get her one.

She called for StagDad, although the custodian was unresponsive. She looked out of her room with annoyance, into the kitchen, only to gasp and see him dead. It looked like the electricity had mysteriously fluctuated, catching StagDad's antlers and electrocuting him. Cervid rushed over and mourned StagDad for a couple of minutes, patting his burnt head sadly. He was a good guy.

She suddenly had the idea to put him in the glowy-thingy. He'd live again, wouldn't he? She dragged his limp, fat body over, grunting with exertion. She's a little troll, after all.

Satura marveled at the size of the objects. She felt very short. Oh well, that was a usual feeling.

TT: i THiNK i AM REaDY FoR YoU TO RELeASE ThE DOwEL!!!

Leopli snooped around Cilion's Hive for a few minutes, looking for something useful to prototype the Kernel Sprite with.

AG: Hm, HoW AbouT ThiS?

He picked up a small statue that looked like a lusus. He held it right in front of Cilion's face. Then he responded to Cervid.

AG: FirsT OfF, ThaT IS A TV. SecondlY, I AM NoT GoinG TO PuncH A PerfectlY GooD TV. HerE, I'lL DO IT.

Leopli easily picked up his TV, after retrieving the pre-punched card. He dropped it on the Cruxtruder, which only reached up to the middle of his abdomin.

Aquila picked up the nearest object he could find that looked to be heavy enough to open the Cruxtruder, a comfy looking chair, and dropped it on top of the machine.
